The Mondragon Unibertsitatea Library gives you access to IEEE collections

As of January 1, 2026, the Library provides access to the IEEE Electronic Library (IEL). This access allows teachers, researchers and students to consult full-text scientific journals, conference proceedings and technical standards in the field of electrical engineering, communications and computer science.
You can access it through this link.
The IEEE collection includes, among other contents:
- More than 1.3 million articles from most cited 210 titles of journals, publications and IEEE Transactions.
- 4.5 million conference presentations, since 1936.
- 5,000 documents of IEEE standards, conference proceedings and IET events.
- IEEE Redline versions of standards (when available), selected papers from VDE conferences, the IET E&T Magazine and key articles from the Bell Labs Technical Journal archive.
- Historical archive since the end of the 19th century for many titles.
In addition, this subscription includes 6 APCs per year for publication in IEEE hybrid journals. Once this number is exceeded, a 20% discount will be applied on each additional APC.
